Refund Policy
- Refunds: Refunds are available with a $30 administrative fee if cancellation is made two weeks before the start of the session. No refunds are issued once the session starts unless cancellation is due to medical reasons.
- Medical Credits: A credit may be issued if a medical reason, supported by a doctor’s note, prevents attendance during the session.
Make-up Classes Policy
- Notice: Make-up classes are available for a maximum of two missed lessons per session, with at least 24-hour notice given to the office.
- Availability: Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same session. No refunds are provided for missed classes.
Code of Conduct
- Student Behavior: Students are expected to follow pool safety rules and listen to their instructor at all times.
- Parent Responsibilities: Parents are expected to drop off and pick up children on time, respect instructors’ decisions, and communicate any concerns.
- Disciplinary Actions: In the event of inappropriate behavior, the student may be asked to leave the class.
Waiver of Liability
By enrolling in classes, parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of swimming and release Swan Swim School from any liability.
Pool Closures
In the event of a pool closure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, quality control), a make-up class will be provided. No refunds will be given.
Health and Safety
Parents are required to notify Swan Swim School of any specific health conditions that may affect their child’s participation in classes. This includes but is not limited to allergies, learning difficulties, or physical limitations.
