Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes at Swan Swim School, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms govern your participation in swim classes and other services provided by Swan Swim School.

Class Enrollment

• Registration: To enroll in classes, you must complete a registration form and provide the necessary information.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration for the full session. We accept various payment methods, as outlined during the registration process.

Refund Policy

• Refunds: Refunds are available with a $30 administration fee if cancellation is made two weeks prior to the start of the session. No refunds are available after this time, except in cases of medical emergencies​.
• Credits: A credit, minus the administration fee, may be issued for cancellations due to medical reasons with a valid doctor’s note.

Make-up Classes

• Eligibility: You may request a maximum of two make-up classes per session if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class​.
• Availability: Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be completed within the current session.

NSF Cheques

A $30 fee applies for any cheques returned due to insufficient funds​.

Waiver of Liability

By participating in Swan Swim School classes, you agree to release the school from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in our programs. Participation in swimming activities comes with inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your or your child’s involvement​.

Class Changes

Swan Swim School reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, make-up classes will be offered.
